Glenda and her husband, Colin, started the business in 1984. Glenda has been responsible for managing the financial side of the business from its humble origins as a regional start up to a worldwide OEM business. She is semi-retired but maintains a keen interest in the growth of the business.

Steve is a trade-qualified electrician and hazardous area specialist with qualifications in advanced wiring and industrial electronics. Steve has worked extensively in explosion protection systems in production management, installation and control, and account management. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role as General Manager.

Kuma joined the company in 2015, bringing his skills and experience in electromechanical design engineering. He is involved in new product development, as well as managing the production schedule, supervising the workshop team, and ensuring project deadlines are met and Koenigs’ quality standards are maintained.

With more than 30 years’ office experience, Susan manages the smooth day-to-day running of the admin side of the business. Susan is known for her attention to detail and her helpful and professional manner in dealing with Koenigs customers and suppliers.
